Jeffrey Uzoma Fidelis is a Nigerian creative strategist, filmmaker, brand architect, and advertising executive whose work sits at the intersection of storytelling, culture, technology, and social impact. As the Founder and CEO of Elicit Communications, he leads the development of brands, campaigns, films, experiences, and intellectual properties designed to move people, shift narratives, and create lasting cultural relevance.

With over 13 years of international creative and business experience in South Africa, Jeffrey has built and collaborated on projects spanning film production, advertising, event production, digital innovation, and community development. His work is driven by a simple philosophy: great ideas should not only inspire people, they should transform communities.

Beyond commercial branding, he is the visionary behind initiatives such as AWO-FEST, POOLA, FIDELIS UKEBUO FOUNDATION and several youth-focused development projects that merge creativity with sustainable social impact. His ability to combine strategic thinking with bold creative execution has positioned him as a multidisciplinary leader passionate about building brands that matter.

As Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Elicit Communications, she brings exceptional expertise in operations, media strategy, stakeholder engagement, content production, and business development. Her ability to transform ideas into impactful platforms strengthens the agency's vision of creating work that drives culture, inspires communities, and delivers measurable results.

Beyond Elicit Communications, Thami has built an outstanding career spanning television, radio, live events, and corporate communications. She is the long-standing host of The Sacred Space on Metro FM, presenter of Africa in Business on Channel Africa, and has produced and hosted numerous award-winning television productions and national events.

Recognised for her authentic leadership, strategic insight, and passion for social impact, Thami continues to bridge business, creativity, and community development, helping brands connect with audiences in meaningful and lasting ways.
